Position Overview We are seeking a self-motivated Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing professional deal materials, including Offering Memorandums (OMs), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Loan Packages, using our AI-powered platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact in an early-stage startup environment. Key Responsibilities Design and build deal materials: Utilize our platform to create high-quality, professional OMs, BOVs, and Loan Packages that meet client needs. This involves extracting key information from Excel models, PDFs, and other supporting documents to integrate into the application. Conduct market research: Analyze real estate markets, trends, and comparable transactions (comps) to support deal preparation. Streamline processes: Leverage our tools to reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and deliver results promptly. Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Professional experience: 1-2 years in real estate analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role, with daily use of Excel. Experience working for a US company is required. Presentation skills: Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint or Canva. US market familiarity: Previous experience working for a US-based company. Attention to detail: Keen visual eye and meticulousness for producing well-designed materials. Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
