Click here to learn more about us! **Summary**: As a Product Manager/Product Owner for the Communications market vertical, you will lead the Product Management activities surrounding a suite of dispatch, navigation, & clinical communications products for EMS, Fire, and broader healthcare market. This includes evaluating the current competitive landscape, changing market trends, and evolving EMS & Fire, and Healthcare ecosystem, to develop business cases and roadmaps focused on customer needs and growth. **Responsibilities**: - Manage the full product lifecycle for the ZOLL Communications market vertical, addressing market needs, delivering results against P&L; objectives, and maintaining expertise with Fire products and the customers they serve - Collaborate across product teams to ensure product vision, strategies, goals, and objectives align across the portfolio - Develop business strategies and opportunity assessments to evaluate potential enhancements and present options and recommendations to the executive team as part of our portfolio management process - Build and deliver product enhancements with an agile mindset, and solicit feedback and iterate market demands - Develop product roadmaps and release plans in support of market strategies and company vision - Collaborate with other ZOLL teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and launch plans and to build integrations that strengthen all products in the portfolio maintaining strong relationships with our customers, the market, and internal teams - Organize and lead customer advisory groups and internal team collaboration to solicit input from clients and internal stakeholders, which will be reflected in the product and market strategies - Analyze partnership opportunities and build mutually beneficial relationships with outside organizations - Provide sales enablement support through training, documentation, and partnership with the sales organization - Other job delated duties as assigned **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of Product Management and/or Business Development experience in a technology organization - Skilled and confident presenting to groups of varying size - Customer first mindset and passion to help, while able to balance commitments to the business - Excellent listening, verbal and written, communication skill - Experience successfully leading cross functional teams - Proven track record of driving revenue growth - Solution and team oriented with the ability to collaborate, build trust, and influence others - Self-motivated, able to work toward goals proactively and independently - Excellent technical and analytical skills - Ability to travel up to 30% **Bonus points if you have**: - BA/BS degree or similar in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) - Experience in the EMS, Fire, and/or healthcare IT markets - Experience working with commercial software in SaaS - Experience migrating customers from enterprise/premises based solutions to SaaS solutions - Pragmatic Marketing certification **Perks & Benefits** ZOLL provides a casual work environment, competitive salaries, and a compensation structure that rewards contribution and hard work.
