Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - Manage traffic system for clients and communicate requirements/deadlines for internal departments - Ensure accurate and clear knowledge of management platforms - Provide support and follow optimal trafficking practices for campaign delivery and management - Estimate resources and time required and arrange the correct staff or vendors for upcoming projects - Assign resources coming off of existing projects onto another task to ensure effective use of staffing - Assist Finance or Account Teams with project billing estimates - Constant improvement on processes and workflow standardization - Maintain all project files and reports in an organized manner - Work closely with departments to collaborate on marketing plans stretching across all media outlets - Troubleshoot and problem solve technical related issues and discrepancies - Evangelize and maintain project management platforms to all teams, conduct trainings and onboarding as needed and optimize boards for each department - Visualize and report on resource utilization - Assist senior operations team members in creation of process documentation to streamline delivery cross-department and intra-department - Work with cross-departmental project managers to create documentation before start of project / post-project - Make adjustments in schedules as properly required depending on deadlines - The “last-mile” delivery expert that liaisons between web developers, paid media buyers, and creative and design teams to get projects into market. - Work closely with Finance team to add corresponding job IDs at project start **Preferred Qualifications**: - A degree in digital marketing or a related business field - Experience working across web development, creative and design, and digital paid marketing campaigns - Experience with management software tools such as Click-up or Monday or Google Tables - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to workflows and processes - Maintain focus and motivated in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of complex project requirements and briefs
