Your Contribution Will Be - To support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. - To lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding, and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions. What You'll Be Doing - Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives. - Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities. - Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA, and industry compliant and adhere to privacy and security policies. - Strong understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, GS1, and EDI languages like ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience. - Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML. - Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools.
