"> - Repurpose long-form footage into bite-sized clips for different platforms (social, recruiting, website). "> "> Requirements "> "> - 5+ years of experience in video production, with at least 3+ years of solo execution (filming, editing, audio, lighting). "> - 2+ years of social-first content creation experience (understanding pacing, hooks, and audience retention). "> - A portfolio that showcases your skills as a one-person team or experience working well with others. "> - Experience capturing real professionals in a workplace or marketing environment. "> - Strong technical skills in filming, lighting, and editing. "> - Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or another professional editing suite.
