Job Offer: Monthly salary: $1,448,200 COP Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday: 1st shift 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2nd shift 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday: 1st shift 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 2nd shift 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Direct hiring by the company. Type of contract: One-month fixed contract with potential extension. Work locations: Rotating sites in Bogotá, La Florida. Responsibilities: Operate digitalization equipment (scanners). Review and organize processed information. Perform operational maintenance on digitalization equipment. Maintain equipment in excellent condition. Identify and report non-conformities. Handle documents, boxes, bags, and other items within process activities. Assist in equipment placement and relocation. Ensure proper use and care of assigned tools and equipment. Complete production forms and operate software provided. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Candidate Profile: Educational level: High school diploma or technical training; students in information systems or archives are preferred. Minimum 6 months experience in data and image capture and digitalization. Key skills: Office software knowledge, procedural adherence, adaptability, responsibility, teamwork.
