Role: Designer/Creative Director Location: Remote (Colombia) Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business About the role: As Designer/Creative Director, you'll lead and inspire a creative team to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns and assets across digital and print. You'll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on contributor, ensuring creative excellence, consistency, and alignment with client goals. What you will be doing: Lead and mentor a team of designers across global, cross-functional projects. Guide creative ideation, development, and implementation of concepts aligned with client needs and market insights. Actively participate in client meetings and briefings, offering strategic input and creative solutions. Present and articulate creative concepts to clients clearly and confidently. Provide art direction and hands-on design work, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure consistency and quality control (QC) across all creative deliverables. Maintain timelines, prioritize tasks, and oversee milestone delivery. Support the team by clarifying briefs, sourcing assets, and troubleshooting roadblocks. Stay current with design and innovation trends, sharing inspiration with the team.
