Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients across Brazil, USA, and Canada. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders. Conduct personalized platform training sessions and business process alignment workshops. Understand each client’s goals and ensure they’re set up for success with tailored onboarding roadmaps. Monitor key engagement metrics and proactively address adoption gaps. Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights to Product and Engineering teams. Support renewal and expansion processes through strategic account planning. Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate impact and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize the customer experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success and onboarding frameworks. Minimum qualifications: 5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or account management in a SaaS or tech environment. Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus). Proven success working with clients in Brazil, US, and/or Canada. Background in HR tech, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus. Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships and navigating complex organizational structures. Ability to deliver virtual workshops, training, and presentations with clarity and confidence. Strong project management skills – organized, proactive, and results-driven. Culturally agile and comfortable working across time zones and remote teams. Data-savvy – capable of interpreting customer data, usage trends, and success metrics. Tech-friendly – familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms, and collaboration tools.
