The Marketing Automation Specialist role is focused on the ongoing enablement and enhancement of the current commercial platform, like platform implementations, configurations and customizations. Marketing Automation Specialist work with the commercial platform owner in prioritizing designing and implementing the changes the platform needs in order to be a platform for sales and marketing success. The Marketing Automation Specialist, Sales & Marketing role is focused on the ongoing enablement and enhancement of the current commercial platform, like platform implementations, configurations and customizations. Marketing Automation Specialist work with the commercial platform owner in prioritizing designing and implementing the changes the platform needs in order to be a platform for sales and marketing success. Marketing Automation Specialist should assist in the QA and documenting of solutions and the creation of content for the training/support of end users to understand/using the best way to use the platform for his day-by-day activities. Deploy and ensure best practices solutions for current commercial platform. Improve end user best practices using the commercial platform Identify, define, report and manage commercial platform reprocessing. Build analysis reports as Company request it. High level and quick support for end users. Monitoring high quality performance on current commercial platform. Escalate issues to commercial platform owner. Manage Related software or solutions for commercial platform. Manage licensing assignment and users with commercial platform use. Ensure data accuracy in the platform and across all the solutions within it Design highly customizable solutions for the platform, avoiding to the best extend coded solutions Marketing Automation Specialist could be Industrial professional engineer with emphasis on Information Systems or Software Programming/Development, Information Systems Professional Engineer or Related System/Software Development Careers (Technician/Technologist). Experience Marketo Solution Knowledge proven with current and earlier versions to guarantee fix any issue related to the performance of the solution and the features released by the manufacturer.
