The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience handling documentation and client interactions related to personal injury cases. Key Responsibilities: Open and manage new claims accurately and timely. Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters, medical providers, clients, and other involved parties to gather and verify information. Investigate and evaluate claims related to personal injury, property damage, and bodily injury. Follow up on claims progress and ensure timely resolution. Maintain detailed and organized records of all claim-related documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed to support claim resolution. Assess and document liability and damages to support claims decisions. Provide regular updates to clients regarding claim status and next steps. Assist in dispute resolution and claims negotiation when necessary. Requirements: Previous experience in claims management, preferably with personal injury cases. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. English proficiency mandatory: B2 to C1 level. Performance bonus: COP 400,000 per month. Permanent contract. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (U.S. daylight time).
