Qualifications - Language: Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently and clearly. - Education: A Four Year College Degree is Required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in private lending or financial services. - Strong understanding of loan servicing processes and financial documentation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with loan management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
