Are you ready to Advance Beyond Ambition? **Responsibilities**: - Draft, review, administrate all types of contracts, agreements and documents. - Track and draft deal terms and update negotiation status on internal tracking systems; upload documents and enter contract terms, ensure integrity of information from inception and negotiation through execution, payments and satisfaction of future obligations. - Proactively review, manage and evaluate the contractual, and financial obligations in agreements and deal memoranda throughout the entire contract life-cycle from creation, maintenance to termination. - Work closely with other business teams, including Account Services, Media, Human Resources, and Finance on ongoing issues or that may arise, and proactively communicate contractual risks and ongoing obligations to relevant team members. - Maintain daily/weekly reports, such as production of timely contract status reports, programming and development reports. - Ensure legal policies and contracts are applied across all contracts on a consistent basis. - Respond to legal inquiries; raise and escalate legal issues as necessary. - Track and prepare reports relating to status of contractual agreements and contract activities. - Ad hoc contract administration and/or contract management projects as requested. - Draft, review and improve company policies and practices according to local and/or regulation. - Handle different operational processes within the company. **Requirements**: - 1-3 years as a Legal Assistant/ in-house lawyer. - Law degree or a diploma in contract administration and management and related field from a recognized university, college or other academic institution or training program is preferred but not required - Advanced english level, oral and writing. - Skilled at drafting and interpreting licensing agreements, contracts and other legal documents - Experience with Colombian rules and regulations. - Experience with intellectual property clearances, copyright registration. - Knowledge on Labor law or HR is a plus. - Detail-oriented, with accurate input and proofing skills. - Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organization skills with ability to interact well with all levels of personnel. - Self-starter with ability to prioritize high-volume work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information. - Proactive and willing to participate in different areas of the operations department. **Recruitment Process**: LaKSiXmona
