Associate, Marketing Santander Consumer, United States of America **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** Essential Functions: - Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Conceptualize, layout, and design for print collateral - Pre-press knowledge and ability to produce mechanicals for offset print, merchandise, and digital mediums using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Ability to conceptualize and develop social media campaigns and stand-alone advertisements - Ability to work with internal business owners on high-end presentations, infographics, direct mail pieces, and other various design and print requests - Working with outside vendors such as printers, mailers, ESPs, and others - Designing web content alongside developers - Ability to function as project lead when assigned Other Functions: - Special projects as requested - Performs other duties as assigned **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree - Minimum seven (7) years of graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite - Video/Audio experience required - HTML knowledge required - A strong eye for details while being able to complete projects quickly - Keen eye to preserve integrity of the design throughout the entire development process - Self-motivator/flexible/team player - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects - Ability to maintain confidentiality Working Conditions: - Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs - Travel to multiple facilities may be required - May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds Employer’s Rights: This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
