Responsibilities - Tenant Relations: Find and screen prospective tenants, understand their criteria/needs, and ensure tenant satisfaction. - Property Management: Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and in good condition. This is done together with the team - from your manager, cleaning lady crew and maintenance team we have in place. - Lease Management: Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and handle lease agreements. - Marketing: Advertise and market properties on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and other marketing channels.
