**Job Title:** Lead Product Innovator About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Innovator to play a key role in defining and delivering our product strategy. As a Lead Product Innovator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market. You will be responsible for defining and managing product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies. This includes collaborating with user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature. Create and maintain feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications. Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches. Validate & identify strategic opportunities through research, data analysis, A/B testing, competitive research and other relevant tools. Act as the voice of the user and key stakeholders during day to day aspects of product development. Key Responsibilities - Define and Manage Product Roadmaps: Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business objectives. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with UX experts, designers, and engineers to create innovative products. - Manage Feature Backlogs: Create and maintain detailed feature backlogs, including PRDs, user stories, and use cases. - Lead Product Launches: Oversee product launches, ensuring successful deployment and adoption. Requirements - Product Expertise: Analyze business problems and develop solutions that prioritize user needs. - Natural Understanding of Technology: Use technology to achieve outstanding products, understanding its impact on the user experience. - Adept at Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies, including roles and responsibilities in various development approaches. - User Empathy: Demonstrate an ability to understand and represent user needs effectively. - Strong Communication Skills: Clearly communicate product strategies and priorities to stakeholders. - Proactive Problem Solver: Actively seek solutions to complex problems, prioritizing efficiency and innovation. - Measurable Approach: Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively work with diverse teams, including creative, data analytics, technology, and program teams. - Experience in Product Management: At least 5+ years of experience in product management roles.
