**Job Description**: This position is created to support Medical Affairs Team to implement the main projects related to the digital strategy aligned to Country Medical Affairs Plan (CMAP) and Field Engagement Plan (FEP). This person should learn really quickly how the company moves to ease his interactions and to guarantee the execution of the action plan related to the strategy. The positions demands to create action plans for the different tactics related to priorities inside the Digital strategy and to have a strict follow up of every iniative within the organization. It will require the execution of every plan on time and with the quality required. This position requires a lot of interaction with different team inside the company and will also coordinate with a third party (Digital vendors approved). The digital agency is a powerful resource to help implement the Digital Strategy as a whole. In this role you will develop and execute medical digital projects based on analyzing data and creating models to increase efficiencies of digital campaigns. Primary activities include, but are not limited to: - Develop and execute the Digital Strategy for Medical Affairs and all its therapeutic areas. - Operate aligned to the companies and country regulations - Create processes aligned to Medical Operations. - Coordinate with Digital, Data and Innovation Department of MSD (Human Health). - Create PowerPoint presentations - Create action plans related to the digital strategy - Manage and increase our HCPs DataBase and guarantee digital reports are working perfectly. - Follow up & execute iniciatives, action plans, tactics related to digital strategy - Create and implement the Digital Content of CMAPs and FEPs. - Work closely with team members to help drive success while allocating a budget as efficiently as possible with our Digital Agency - Daily coordination of Art pieces, HTMLs, webpages, content creation via deliverables that are handled daily by the Digital agency - Works on assignments that are repetitive - Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you can get along with co-workers, residents, customers, vendors, and management - Understand Digital Corporate platforms and how specific ads will engage our target audience. - Coordinate, implement and optimize on-going demand generation campaigns across channels (SEM, SEO, content, display, social, programmatic advertising) - Manage a large number of campaigns at the same time. - Assist in the development of paid media strategies and campaigns by leveraging past performance insights and best practices - Identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results - Develop dashboards that capture agreed measures and key performance indicators utilizing Power BI as the main business intelligence and dashboard tool. - Report on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data. - Extract and compile metrics from various sources and systems. - Push the Medical Affairs strategy among all members of the team. **Education**: At least B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Business administration, Marketing, Economy or Industrial engineer. **Knowledge and Skills**: - Digital Marketing and Creative Development Interest in working with Marketing agencies Strong communicator and teammate - experience collaborating and partnering across multiple teams. - Ability to work cross functionally and as part of a team. - Highly execution qualities Multi task Attention to Details creative and self motivated Decision-making and problem-solving skills - Analytical and Creative Mind Good knowledge of Excel & powerpoint. - Be able to schedule or budget - The ability to acquire knowledge on new things, especially with regards to technological developments. - Project management skills with experience in prioritization & planning preferred - Demonstrated excellent project management and leadership skills Knowledge of database structures and available tools to manage, extract, and report data is preferred. - Fluent Oral and written English language skills. - Be able to work under pressure in a changing environment with flexibility. - Ability to work independently and accept and act with appropriate accountability with mínimal guidance by a manager. - Ability to coordinate the work of others and influence decision making. - Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate with both the technical and business areas. - Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and negotiating skills. **Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully** **Employee Status**: Project Temps (Fixed Term) **Relocation**: No relocation **VISA Sponsorship**: No **Travel Requirements**: No Travel Required **Flexible Work Arrangements**: Work Week **Shift**: 1st - Day **Valid Driving License**: No **Hazardous Material(s)**: **Number of Openings**: 1 **Requisitio
