Urban Mobility UX Researcher We're on a mission to make cities more liveable by transforming urban mobility. As a key player in this endeavor, you'll focus on deeply understanding the needs and experiences of our users, leading product discovery, and validating solutions. - Conduct qualitative & quantitative research using various methods to gather insights about customer behavior and user experience. - Triangulate research findings with other data sources to build comprehensive understanding of market trends and user needs. - Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate findings into actionable ideas and strategies. - Consult with product teams to understand research requirements and create tailored research roadmaps. - Apply AI-driven tools across the research lifecycle to accelerate efforts to understand customers and users. You will be working within our small and agile team that works across business units and product spaces. Your work will focus on driving user-centricity and innovation in parking apps and parking management for drivers, cities, and private parking operators. Requirements - Solid experience in designing and conducting qualitative research studies using various methods. - Experience in conducting quantitative research projects (survey design & analysis, combination of perception and behavioral data). - Strong communication skills and ability to present insights in an engaging way to product teams and leadership. - Ability to balance multiple concurrent research projects focused on creating impact. - Experience in storytelling and framework creation as means to communicate insights. This role is based in Colombia and offers a hybrid office/remote setup. Fluency in English is required for this position.
