Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships while breaking new strategic accounts. Main Responsibilities: - Sell Judge Staffing Services by conducting market research, creating target client lists, prospecting, and cold calling potential clients. - Manage and expand existing client base by updating systems, facilitating regular check-ins, re-marketing consultants to clients, and hosting events. - Team Hiring, Development, and Engagement by supporting the hiring and onboarding of new account executives, managing sales team performance, coaching team members to grow their customer bases. Key Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role with proven success in individual production and driving sales direct reports' achievement of individual production goals. - Proven success leading a team of account executives who achieved and maintained individual goals. - Strong desire to make cold calls, prospect, qualify, and close business. - Ability to travel extensively and meet and entertain clients. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Embodies core values of perseverance, collaboration, empowerment, caring, and excellence.
