**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Position: Talent Acquisition** **Location: Bogota, Colombia** **I. OBJECTIVES** Talent Acquisition is the person in charge of providing assistance to the human resources management or head of human resources, for the optimal fulfilment of activities that can be both strategic and administrative. **II. RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage end-to-end recruiting including headhunting, research, interviews, negotiation & making the final offer and onboarding; - Manage hiring manager expectations acting as a Business Partner and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires - Be passionate about the technology world and start-ups - Spread a word about Smadex through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc. - Advice and be ready to challenge on the tech recruitment strategy (timeline, recruitment channels, recruitment process, manage expectations/vs business needs) - Follow up and manage all data related to recruitment, utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results - Creating of ad hoc recruitment reports - Provide creative and innovative feedback, suggestions, and input to your HR teammates to improve the recruitment process in the organization **III. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK** This is a Full Time position, Monday through Friday. **IV. SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE** - 3+ years recruiting experience in technology, preferably in-house experience in a fast-paced start-up or hyper-growth tech company - Experience with both high volume recruitment as well as specialist searches - Experience in headhunting - Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken is mandatory - Experience in presenting the company in different recruitment events, talent fairs, and e-meet ups - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support a business case then pursue creative solutions - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage their time effectively - Ability to develop creative & innovative strategies for successful recruitment - Great team player and very collaborative **VIII.
