The position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to and including income customer service calls. **Primary Job Responsibilities** - Answer incoming calls for customer service, provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance. - Comply schedules. - The line is 100% calls and is B2B, person has to be aware that there is no much time between calls and all of them has to be answered considering the guidelines given by the QA team.
