If you like a challenging environment whereyou’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn andexperiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) WHATYOU WILL DO Overall - Manage all phases of the Client proposallifecycle, from Technical calls, requirement gathering, teamdefinitions, Roles and responsibilities, proposal creation andpresentation, budget calculation, margins calculations; - EnsureProposals and follow ups are delivered on time, within scope, andwithin budget; - Develop comprehensive project plans, includingresource allocation, scheduling, and risk management; - Facilitatecommunication and collaboration among project stakeholders toensure alignment and transparency; - Identify critical deliveryissues and address them with the team before customer exposure; -Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership teamproactively. Client ownership - Serve as the primary point ofcontact for clients throughout the Proposal lifecycle; - Build andmaintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs andexpectations are met or exceeded; - Manage client feedback andaddress any issues or concerns promptly and effectively; - If aproject is confirmed, have all processes documented to be handedover to Delivery Managers; - Develop and manage project estimates,budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved; - Monitor projectfinancials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.Delivery management - Lead proposal management, planning,execution, and final delivery; - Define project scope, objectives,and deliverables in collaboration with senior management andstakeholders; - Utilize project management methodologies and bestpractices to ensure successful project outcomes; - Identify andmitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise; -Monitoring of Client’s satisfaction with AgileEngine services andteam; - Resource Management and Financial Control; - Expectationand Escalation management; - Technical Excellence and Best PracticeImplementation; - Process Excellence (Disciplined Agile) and BestPractices implementation; - Removal of process bottlenecks andresolving issues. MUST HAVES -A minimum of3 years of experienceinproject/delivery management; - Demonstrated experience inmanaging clients from start to end, including inceptionsandpre-sales activities; - Strong financial knowledge, withexperience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financialreporting; - Experience managing external clients; - Proficiency inproject management software and tools; -Exceptional Englishlevel,communication andleadership skills. NICE TO HAVES -Bachelor’sDegree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field; -Experience working cross-functionally with groups like SoftwareDevelopers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers; -Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-salesprocesses; - High level of organization, planning, prioritizationand attention to detail; - Strong team orientation, maintainpartnerships, collaborate and influence across multiplestakeholders; - Excellent client management skills, with theability to build and maintain strong relationships.
