Customer Success Manager at IntrosMatterIntrosMatter helps B2B businesses accelerate their growth bydelivering relationship-qualified leads (RQLs) tailored to theirideal customer profiles (ICP). We're looking for a dedicatedCustomer Success Manager to ensure our customers derive maximumvalue from our service. What You'll Do: Onboarding & CustomerTraining: - Guide new customers through the onboarding process,clearly demonstrating how to best leverage IntrosMatter's service.ICP Development: - Collaborate closely with customers to define andrefine their - Ideal Customer Profile, translating business needsinto clear system requirements. - Take a genuine interest inunderstanding our customer's business to help craft the bestdescription of their ICP, including target company and individualbuyer personas. System Configuration: - Work within IntrosMatter'sinternal systems to configure customer-specific ICP criteria,ensuring accurate lead matching. RQL Quality Assurance: - Manuallyreview and validate Relationship Qualified Leads (RQLs) generatedby our system, ensuring quality and relevance. Performance Analysis& Reporting: - Analyze lead data and customer feedback tomeasure success. - Regularly provide insightful performance reportsto customers and to IntrosMatter's internal product team. CustomerRelationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact forcustomer inquiries. Proactively address questions, troubleshootissues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. What we arelooking for: - Experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaScompany with fewer than 500 employees. - B2B experience workingwith sales and marketing teams. - Strong communication andrelationship-building skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilitiesand attention to detail. - Understanding of B2B sales processes andlead generation concepts. - Experience with customer relationshipmanagement tools. - Ability to translate customer feedback intoactionable insights. - Advanced level of English.
