**This person will support with**: - Act as main TL Back up on Gsconnect for the Business Support Service Line, supporting the KPI & APT Analysis and the Re-Assignment of the cases for the agents. - Development and implementation of new reports about the performance of OFR Operations along AMER Region. - Resolution of inquiries/concerns that the OFR agents around AMER may have about their Performance - Follow up AMER Stations about the OFR Milestones timeliness and completeness performance. Support in performance analysis and development of improvement ideas for stations at the regional level. - Work on continuous improvement initiatives and support testing phases in new system logics (FRP). - Development of training on maritime issues at the regional level. - Support in OFR product implementations at the global level for some customers - Support the regional Ocean team in the Virtual Station Tour activity, as Reporting Expert. - Lead trainings for new team members and assure they are achieved. - Revise and update Business Support toolkits accordingly. - Cross-training within the team. **Who Can Apply**: - Whoever is not currently in implementations/migrations. - Employees who have been in the organization for not less than 12 months. - Employees who have applied within last 3 months are not eligible for the current IJP. - Note: Applicants _**_must_**_ have their Team leader’s approval _ **Key Capabilities / Competencies**: - MS Excel intermediate - high (data analysis). Macros knowledge is a plus, but not a must. - OFR Logistics Operations Background. - CW1, FRP, DCR & DataGRIDS knowledge. - English Level: High - Customer service orientation.
