Our 6-week program offers comprehensive training and unlimited one-on-one coaching to help students unlock their full potential. **What We're Looking For**: **Role and Responsibilities**: - ** Technical Coaching**: Conduct 5 hours/day of one-on-one coaching sessions with our students, helping them execute on projects, perfect their homework, and address questions promptly via Slack messages. - ** Feedback and Support**: Provide timely feedback on student homework, encourage participation, and inspire students to excel despite their busy schedules. - ** Course Content Creation**: Collaborate with the team to create and test new course content based on student needs and feedback. Draft rough material, test it with students, and refine it for integration into the course. - ** Program Enhancement**: Share student feedback with the team to drive program improvements and evolution.
