Job Description 1. Manage suppliers and coordinate their evaluation and auditing, and support the search and development of new suppliers. 2. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance and service levels on a daily basis. 3. Execute the purchasing process and manage the purchasing database. 4. Analyze purchasing data and propose improvement measures to achieve annual purchasing savings targets. 5. Collaborate with the Global Strategy team to contribute to business growth. 6. Comply with the company's regulatory compliance processes and policies. 7. Execute purchasing strategies to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of products and services. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by the department head. 9. Daily monitoring of procurement requests for materials, services, and processes, including raw materials, indirect materials and services, and subcontracting categories. 10. Price evaluation and negotiation. 11. Configuration of material items and data entry into the system. 12. Creation, evaluation, and performance management of suppliers; visits to suppliers as needed. 13. Contract management. 14. Monitoring and controlling materials inventory. 15. Ensure the integrity and quality of internal documents and database maintenance. 16. Initiate timelines and principles for achieving project objectives. 17. Take responsibility for project initiative and monitoring. 18. Report any daily issues to the supervisor/manager.
