Requirements: - Proven experience as a software engineer with progressive leadership or team lead responsibilities. - Experience building SaaS applications. - Strong proficiency in Go. - Willingness to learn Node.js. - Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL). - Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably Elastic). - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
