Logistics Consultant: Expert in SAP EWM and WM As a seasoned logistics professional, you will play a key role in providing application support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement for our SAP logistics systems. Responsibilities: - Provide daily support and maintenance for SAP EWM and/or WM modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by business users. - Analyze recurring issues and contribute to root cause identification and long-term fixes. - Collaborate with business teams to optimize existing warehouse/logistics processes. - Maintain and update system configuration based on evolving business needs. - Document functional changes, system updates, and support procedures. Requirements: - A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SAP EWM or WM, primarily in a support capacity. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flows in SAP. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable communicating and working in English (written and spoken). - Ability to work independently, manage support queues, and prioritize tasks.
