Job Overview TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems, or services, providing detailed technical product information, and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territories, industries, or accounts. What your background should look like: Responsible for sales in Distributors, Contractors, and EPCs, selling all TE Product Lines for Cable Accessories, Connectors, Products for the Asset Protection of Distribution Networks, Smart Grid, Substation Networks, and CTS solutions, developing new customers, and actively seeking new opportunities. Special focus on the renewable projects market. Key tasks of the job: Prepare and meet Sales Forecast and Key Metrics. Develop an understanding of the customer’s position in the market, their products, points of difference, and the competitive landscape. Know and develop all actors of renewable projects: owners, investors, developers, regulators, contractors. Generate demand by identifying opportunities within the assigned territory through TE products, conducting trainings, technical presentations, seminars, etc. Establish and build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders. Prepare commercial bids/tenders, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize profits, working with the BDM, PMs, Product Specialists, and application engineers to define technical solutions according to customer and product specifications. Follow up on contracts and purchase orders in collaboration with Customer Care, Operations, and Finance departments. Qualifications & specialist training required: Degree: Electrical Engineer with BA/BS in Sales/Marketing Management Foreign Language: English proficiency Skills: Ability to give technical and sales presentations, excellent communication, sales acumen. Capable of specifying products and discussing technical applications with customers. Potential for growth within the organization. Experience required: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Engineer, managing key accounts, selling electrical products through distribution channels, electrical contractors, and working with renewable market contractors. Skill / aptitude required: Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or Engineer. Solid experience with Salesforce software. Excellent negotiation and communication skills (listening and speaking). Friendly demeanor, persuasive ability, and assertiveness. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Product and industry knowledge. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Personable, proactive, and active. Desire to work in a growth-oriented environment.
