AI Product Marketing Specialist As an AI Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end GTM plans, including segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and launch KPIs, for new AI features. You will also create enablement toolkits that empower brand and regional teams to launch consistently and at scale. This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret experimentation results, and connect insights to GTM actions. You should have experience in beauty, luxury retail, or high-consideration consumer categories, as well as a passion for the space and customer empathy. Responsibilities - Crafting end-to-end GTM plans for new AI features, including segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and launch KPIs. - Creating enablement toolkits that empower brand and regional teams to launch consistently and at scale. - Defining success metrics and test-and-learn roadmaps to iteratively improve adoption, engagement, and conversion of AI experiences. - Partnering with Product and Data Science to surface actionable insights and feed them back into roadmaps. Requirements - 5+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital product management with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-driven products. - Demonstrated success launching or scaling AI-powered experiences that delivered material lifts in revenue, AOV, CVR, or LTV. - Working knowledge of common AI techniques, including large language models, recommender systems, and computer vision. - Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret experimentation results, and connect insights to GTM actions. - Storytelling prowess, with the ability to distill complex technology into clear narratives, messaging, and training content for non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in beauty, luxury retail, or high-consideration consumer categories is a plus, but passion for the space and customer empathy are must-haves.
