As a Junior System Administrator, you will directly impact the way in which Infobip's offices run technology-wise, including a complex internal infrastructure. **You know you are doing a good job when**: You understand computer systems and its components, can tell advantages and disadvantages of different models and recommend the right one for certain purposes. - Researching, testing and implementing IT systems and technologies. Contributing to brainstorming sessions with suggestions on how to improve different services or processes. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - You proactively share knowledge and help your colleagues, making time to support them. Qualifications** More about you**: - 2+ years in a similar role - Basic understanding and troubleshooting Win OS, MS Office, third-party apps - Basic macOS and Windows OS administration in a domain environment - Basic Software and hardware problems troubleshooting - Licensing methods, EULA, hardware behavior - Computer peripherals, software updates, Windows updates - Assign/discharge documentation - Basic understanding audio/video equipment (speakers, microphones, camera, etc.) - Basic installation and managing company audio equipment - Basic understanding Polycom systems and additional equipment - Network settings and Polycom system configuration + Any hardware equipment - Advanced English level is mandatory.
