Job summary LOOKING FOR STELLAR TOP CANDIDATES Position: IDR Collections Specialist│(Independent Dispute Resolution) We're seeking a high-performing IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) Collections Specialist to join our team and take charge of pursuing payments from insurance companies that delay or deny reimbursement—even after pre-authorization. Responsibilities - Own the collections process for arbitration-awarded claims with insurers - Initiate and manage follow-ups via phone and email with insurance companies - Document patterns of abuse or non-payment to build regulatory pressure - Collaborate with internal legal and executive teams to drive cases forward - Liaise with patients, employers, and other parties involved in the payment process - Track and report progress regularly to the CEO and CFO - Escalate unresolved disputes through appropriate legal or regulatory channels Qualifications - High intellect and bandwidth - you'll be juggling multiple claims and threads - Extreme attention to detail - accuracy is crucial for legal and financial matters - Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, across multiple stakeholders - Relentless follow-up ability - you're not afraid to call five times if that's what it takes - Comfort doing the "grunt work" - no task is beneath you when the mission matters - Self-starter mindset - you'll be trusted to run with this function independently Desired requirements - Spanish-speaking (preferred but not required) - Experience with U.S. healthcare billing or insurance claims - Legal or paralegal background is a strong plus - Prior work in arbitration, collections, or revenue cycle roles Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
