A firm understanding and appreciation for consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a huge plus, as are certifications from partners such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.What You’ll DoLead large-scale, complex delivery projects on client engagements across all industries & verticals in a hands-on roleDefine and work within an agile framework, including estimation, facilitating backlog refinement, agile ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrationsLead short-term discovery teams to help clients solidify their vision, create a plan to pull the future forward, and align technical resources to ensure a viable & desirable outcome during longer-length delivery & iterative developmentBe an advocate for change, embracing evolving requirements as new information is obtained and leveraging empirical process control to incorporate knowledge into working product incrementsServe as the pivot between business & technical teams, aligning on timelines, approaches, and outcomes while helping translate between these domainsBe the functional and subject matter expert for the solution being delivered and owning the outcomeBe a little bit good at a lot of things, and wear many hats including quality assurance, business analyst, scrum master, DevOps, and UX as the situation warrants, sometimes more than one at once.
