Responsibilities - Design visually engaging and user-friendly assets across desktop and mobile platforms. - Participate in ideation and research phases to contribute to the overall design direction of projects. - Develop and maintain typography guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across our products. - Collaborate effectively with other designers and creative directors, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the team's work. - Create detailed layouts and mockups, showcasing creativity and attention to detail. - Work within the established design system, contributing to its growth and improvement. Qualifications and Job Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, demonstrating a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. - Exceptional understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and image composition principles. - Proven ability to transform complex information into visually appealing and easily digestible formats. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work constructively with cross-functional teams. - A passion for design excellence and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
