The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience handling client information and documentation accurately to ensure smooth onboarding and case initiation. Key Responsibilities: Accurately open and process new client intakes in a timely manner. Coordinate the signing of contracts with clients. Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to collect and verify necessary information. Refer clients to medical providers and coordinate appointments. Create and manage cases in the company portal, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Maintain detailed and organized records of all intake-related data. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper case setup and follow-up. Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their intake process. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during intake. Requirements: Previous experience in client intake, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a legal or insurance setting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. English proficiency mandatory: B2 to C1 level. Performance bonus: COP 400,000 per month. Permanent contract. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (U.S. daylight time).
