The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for demand planning activities to ensure the correct signals of the demand based in the sales drivers inputs from the affiliate commercial partners in order to achieve the availability of finished goods complying with the company’s service standards, sales plans, allocation policies and IBP process. This role is critical for the affiliate business team to ensure operational sales plan is executed with needed operational discipline and to react appropriately to unplanned events to maximize sales revenue and minimize excess. This role is the responsible to ensure an effective IBP process in the affiliate. **Qualifications** **Experience and functional knowledge**: - Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Business - 4-7 years of professional experience in supply chain management. - Experience leading and implementing S&OP; Process. - Experience in Demand and/or Supply planning appreciated. - Hands-on experience with computer systems such as planning ERP and reporting tools. **Skills & Competencies**: - Analytical skills - able to analyze multiple sources of data and to root cause problems - Problem-solving skills - able to facilitate problem resolution, engaging with relevant stakeholders - Operates with discipline: attention to detail, follow-through and manage within agreed policies, thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done. - Organizational skills - able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously - Collaboration & Communication skills - able to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders **Job**: Supply Chain - Corporate **Primary Location**: Latin America-CO-DC-Bogotá **Job Type**: Standard **Schedule**: Full-time **Shift**: 1st (Day) Shift **Job Number**: 2310829
