As the Dev Security Operations, you will beresponsible for developing and implementing robust securitystrategies and systems. Your technical expertise will be vital in creating andmaintaining a security foundation within the company, encompassingeverything from employee training to the development of securesolutions, and coding practices. In this role, you'll be at theforefront of protecting the digital assets of a leading financialtechnology firm in Latin America. Responsibilities: - Harden thedevelopment and implementation of comprehensive data securitystrategies, ensuring compliance with SOC 2, ISO, GDPR, and similarstandards. - Collaborate with the Engineering Team to integratecompliance requirements into our security infrastructure. - Conductregular security assessments. - Help develop, enforce, and updatepolicies related to data encryption, secure coding practices, andoverall information security, in line with global standards. - Stayupdated on the latest developments in data security, cybersecurity,and compliance regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or arelated technical field. - 3+ years of experience in data security. - Proficiency with Python programming. - Strong technicalfoundation in cybersecurity principles, network security, and dataprotection technologies. - Proven track record in development andimplementation of data security strategies that align withinternational compliance standards. - Excellent communicationskills.
