Spanish - Fully fluent. English - Fully fluent. Responsibilities include: Responding promptly to inbound calls and online form submissions from warm leads. Engaging prospects using consultative selling techniques to educate and convert them into booked appointments. Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments. Using CRM tools like Slack and GoHighLevel to manage leads efficiently. Advocating for our chiropractic partners to contribute to their practice growth. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of successful inside sales or phone sales experience (2+ years preferred). Proven high performance in sales roles. Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills. Comfortable in a high-call volume environment (100+ calls daily). Driven, coachable, eager to improve. Technologically savvy with CRM systems and remote work setups. Technical Requirements: Laptop/Computer with 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac). Fast, reliable internet connection. Good microphone (a bonus!). Earnings and Compensation: Base Pay: $4–$6 per hour (USD). Full-time salary range: $8,320 to $12,480, depending on experience.
