What will I be doing? As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also manage guest requests. Specific tasks include: Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms Vacuuming rooms and corridors Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities according to company guidelines Performing regular deep cleaning tasks Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily Reporting missing or damaged items and ensuring they are repaired or replaced Ensuring all equipment is in working condition Being environmentally conscious Disposing of waste properly Managing guest requests efficiently Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws Carrying out lost property procedures Assisting other departments as needed and maintaining good working relationships What are we looking for?
