LI-Hybrid Team Overview: Our Marketplace team is responsible for balancing our audiences’ experience, understanding the marketplace dynamics and behaviours, and designing incentives and strategies to bring a good experience to all our users. Role Responsibilities: - Collaborating with the Marketplace team to analyze campaigns and identify opportunities. - Working with large datasets to create meaningful insights that inform the team's strategy and decision-making. - Using Excel and SQL to manipulate and analyze data. - Utilizing Python and R to develop models to improve campaign performance. - Developing dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders. - Monitoring and track key performance indicators for campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization. - Participating in team meetings and provide updates on project progress. Role Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Excel and SQL. - Familiarity with Python and R is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Proactive, curious and passionate about generating impact.- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
