Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline operations. Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including hubstaff systems and integrations. Oversee and enhance marketing automation platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Implement and execute email marketing campaigns across various platforms. Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable reports to measure effectiveness. Develop and refine marketing processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability. Implement and manage lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve conversion rates. Education and Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field. Proficiency in Hubspot. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM integration. Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools. Familiarity with marketing processes, lead scoring, and user funnel optimization. English proficiency at a C1/C2 level.
