Job Description As a skilled professional, you will contribute to the success of our IT & Solutions team by executing specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of business strategies and objectives. Accountabilities: - Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Work closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. - Design, code, test, implement, and support applications software delivered on time and within budget. - Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. - Participate in component and data architecture design; performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations. - Provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts and programmers. - Understand how the bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. - Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of their respective areas, ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk. Reporting Relationships: Primary Manager: ServiceNow Development Practice Lead Dimensions: - Must be able to work on at least 5 projects simultaneously. - Provide guidance to junior members in the team. - Work without supervision on project work. - Level 3 production support. Required Skills and Qualifications - Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience. - ITIL Foundation certification or training. - ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training (nice to have). - ServiceNow Scripting certification or training. - Possess in-depth knowledge of a single large or multiple small applications. - Good time management skills to work on multiple assignments. - Ability to do research and development of new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform. - Ability to work on systems integration projects. - Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
