As we continue to grow we are looking for an Agile Lead in Colombia to work with one of our large US clientsAbout the Job - We are looking for an Agile Lead to work on an exciting project with a large financial company. We have been working with this client for a while and we want to continue building them great digital platforms and enhance their customer experience. - You will be facilitating sprint ceremonies, working closely with the Product Owners to refine and organise the backlog, coach the team to implement best agile practices and overall take the responsibility of a servant leader to ensure the development team can produce high quality work.About You - You consider yourself an agile evangelist, knowing all things Scrum and are currently an empathetic Scrum Master implementing best practices with your team.
