**DIRECTION: **PROJECT MANAGEMENT **PERSONAL RECRUITER: **ANZHELA LYSENKO **LOCATION: **MEDELLIN; BOGOTA **WE ARE**: SoftServe is doing their best in improving client's performance. The client is an owner of a set of international websites which specialized in a vacation apartment rental for about 10 years. They connect homeowners and property managers with travelers who seek the space, value, and amenities of vacation rental homes as an alternative to hotels. Sites have a selection of homes around the world with detailed property descriptions, photos, and a list of amenities and nearby attractions. Sites are free-to-use for travelers and also feature Listing Reviews where travelers compare the accuracy of a listing to a property they have rented through the site. **YOU ARE**: - Functioning as an autonomous team member and is clearly demonstrating individual value on a regular basis - The one who requires some guidance, showing the ability to work independently - A holder of exceptional knowledge and unafraid to talk about the domain you are assigned to look to as emerging leaders and show a desire for participation in peer forums of technical and non-technical nature (Agile Austin, Toastmasters, etc.) - Still focused primarily on the team you are assigned to seeking out opportunities in leading initiatives that are cross-team in nature - Providing guidance based on metrics - Qualitative and/or quantitative in nature - Showing an interest in mentoring junior members, actively seeking continuing education opportunities, and introducing new techniques to the teams based on things you are learning **YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:_ Team_ Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition - Serving as Scrum master for a single team, participating in all Agile ceremonies, and driving the team to complete them - JIRA, Rally or equivalent, Wiki pages, GroupMap, or other crowdsourcing tools - Learning new tools when needed - Participation and coordination in identifying and solving problems on feature/ program level - Under moderate supervision - Organization_ - Assessing the impact at team level with some business risk - Contribution to technical blogs, participation in tech talks, and seeking out education opportunities within the organization - Being accountable for accuracy, reliability, and completeness of assignment results, but others are responsible for overall project or activity results - Planning_ - Considering customer experience, including quality and performance, while working through tasks and projects - Identifying tasks and actions to achieve well-defined issues; Risk Management - Participation in sizing activities - Articulating (but not necessarily driving) sprint constraints and providing mitigation planning - Assisting in coordination with product owners to keep the release and individual team sprint backlogs **TOGETHER WE WILL**: - Work collaboratively with lots of teams - Create top solutions to continue being unique in the vacation rentals market - Take part in making correct decisions
