We are looking for the following positions: Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years experience Responsibilities include maintaining the facility to ensure high-quality service, driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles. Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service, courteous staff, and prompt responses to inquiries or complaints. Responsibilities The detailer will perform tasks such as washing vehicles, waxing, buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery, using air compressors, and applying protective chemicals. May involve using dyes, paints, and waxes for leather or fabric protection, and cleaning engine compartments. Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned is required. Working Conditions This physically demanding role involves frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and entering/exiting vehicles. Work may occur outdoors under varying climate conditions. Work involves moving multiple vehicles daily. Use of OSHA-approved cleaning products such as window cleaner, tar remover, tire shine, etc. Frequent movement of the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Receiving detailed oral instructions. Clarity of vision and hearing is essential. Ability to detect small imperfections and perform quality inspections. Work with urgency, respecting customers' time. Adherence to uniform and grooming standards. Compensation: FLAT RATE Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Quick learning ability. Teamwork skills. Ability to read and follow instructions. Care and respect for customers’ vehicles. Punctuality and focus during work hours. Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.
