In thisrole, the ideal candidate will be expected to identify and nurturenew business opportunities, focusing on outbound prospecting tofind potential clients. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Providevisionary support to the sales team, setting clear objectives andfostering a customer-centric culture. 2. Maintain key performanceindicators (KPIs) to evaluate individual performance. 3. Implementeffective systems for developing sales leads, provide feedback, andissue resolution. 4. Continuously assess and enhance leadgeneration processes to meet and exceed company expectations. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas forimprovement. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 7. Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for customerinteractions, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. 8. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure consistency andadherence to company policies and standards. 9. Utilize customerinsights and data to identify sales opportunities. 10. Communicateperformance metrics and trends to senior leadership. 11. Conductthorough research to identify potential leads across variouschannels, including corporate databases. 12. Initiate contact andassess the qualification of leads through professionalcommunication methods such as phone calls and emails. 13. Establishand maintain new databases of leads and prospects. 14. Collaborateclosely with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implementeffective lead generation strategies. 15. Methodically analyze andreport on lead generation metrics to monitor progress and identifyareas for improvement. 16. Stay on top of industry trends andadhere to best practices for continuous improvement in leadgeneration efforts. 17. Provide exemplary customer service toprospects and clients, ensuring a positive and professionalexperience. 18. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasksand projects to meet stringent deadlines. Requirements: 1. Advancedlevel of English (C1). 2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration or a related field. 3. Minimum 2-3 years ofexperience and knowledge in Lead Generation and Sales. 4. Priorexperience working with Western companies is preferred. 5. Priorexperience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 7. Excellentlistening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 8. Knowledge ofCold Calling, CRM Systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365applications, and Pipeline Management. 9. Demonstrate the abilityto identify quality leads.
