Job summary We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide essential support to our U.S. law firm clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and be comfortable managing all aspects of the litigation process. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred. - A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably with a focus on U.S. civil litigation. - Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology. - Proficient in legal research methods and experienced in drafting legal documents. Responsibilities - Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case intake through trial and appeal. - Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. - Manage and organize case files, ensuring that all documents and exhibits are readily accessible and up to date. - Coordinate and manage communication with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties involved in the litigation process. Skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
