Platform Management: Oversee the integration and optimization of leading marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns that produce immediate, measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and retention. Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics and reporting tools to continuously refine automation workflows and enhance overall performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with SEO, SEM, and creative teams to ensure a unified digital marketing strategy. Plug-and-Play Impact: Deliver rapid and impactful improvements to our marketing operations using your proven expertise. Programmatic Advertising Management & Optimization: Develop, execute, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns—managing DSP platforms, bid strategies, and audience segmentation—to complement our automation efforts and drive targeted, data-driven ad placements. RequirementsMinimum Qualifications: Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on marketing automation experience with a proven record of driving significant business results. Programmatic Marketing Experience: Prior experience planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms and a strong grasp of data analytics and campaign optimization. Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, DMPs) and digital ad buying processes is a plus. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated capability to deliver plug-and-play solutions with minimal ramp-up time. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
