On behalf of our client, we are seeking to hire for a vital administrative and member-facing position that plays a key role in the smooth, day-to-day operations of their organization. This role encompasses event coordination, membership data management, internal communications, and providing proactive administrative support. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary **($750/month)**: - Strong support system - Salary increase starting in your first year of employment (based on performance) - Monthly Performance Incentive (only for full-time roles | based on given metrics |can range from $40 - $50) - Health benefit ($30/month) - No computer activity monitoring - Training materials for upskilling are provided - Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes) - Paid sick leaves (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance) - Paid planned leaves - Internet Allowance ($25/month) **Key Responsibilities** - Member Services & Communication - Respond promptly to member inquiries via the general inbox. - Assist members in navigating the EO platform and accessing relevant information and resources. - Maintain professional, timely, and clear communication across channels. - CRM & Data Management - Keep membership records and internal lists up to date. - Ensure accurate data entry when new members join or when member details change. - Event Coordination - Support the setup of event registration pages and distribute links for promotion. - Manage RSVP lists, send calendar invites, and provide logístical support as needed. - Meeting & Documentation Support - Attend relevant meetings, take minutes, and distribute summaries that capture key actions and decisions. - Finance & Invoicing - Prepare and send invoices for events using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools. - Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the finance lead as necessary. - Administrative & Operational Support - Provide day-to-day support to the Chapter Manager (Carolina), identifying opportunities to streamline operations. - Anticipate administrative needs and take initiative to improve internal processes. - Ad Hoc Tasks - Handle one-off assignments as needed, such as special research projects, follow-ups with vendors, or preparing documents for board members. - Support the team with miscellaneous tasks that arise to ensure smooth chapter operations. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, executive assistance, or member services. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools. - Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative support role. **Working Hours**: Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time **About Us: MOVE Your Business** is an outsourcing company based in Southern California, dedicated to empowering both businesses and professionals.
