The Consumer GS IA team operates in a new space and will lead the Consumer GS IA strategy at a global level shaping and leading the GS organization from focused automations to an IA led transformation partnering with the Enterprise IA COE to leverage the Enterprise IA Framework and accelerate delivery of value. The GS IA Process Lead will be responsible for the reimagination of processes for the functions supported to define an end-to-end future state leveraging the entire spectrum of IA tools and opening the potential to increase value realization and better service our customers and partners for these processes. The IA Process Lead will play a significant role in driving value across the global enterprise by connecting function leaders globally in the design of innovative automated solutions that will drive improved process and business performance. Working with the Enterprise IA COE, the IA Process Lead will have responsibility to understand system architecture, GS requirements, strategies being embarked upon by the enterprise and ensure the path forward enables the global service operations to operate at best-in-class benchmark levels. - Partner with functions supported to define overall governance, processes, organization, skills and technological framework, at a global level for these functions, to be used to enable the IA capability. - Manage a global team of IA Automation Specialists (direct & indirect) coaching them to effective business partnerships across the matrixed organization. Develop an IA career path while upskilling our employees on the use of digital technologies. - Drive effective partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment to overall vision and strategy, as well as organizational priorities. - Partner with Enterprise IA COE in the selection process of IA tools and resources. Share best practices and learnings to continuously improve on our IA acumen and proficiency that impact the enterprise. - Lead GS IA intake process for functions supported (identifying opportunities), governance process, tracking and reporting on the overall GS IA pipeline and help set and refine the value realization goals with functional Leaders and their teams. - Drive near term goals of scaling and delivering RPA use cases into regular operations for functions supported. - Must shape, influence and execute plans in a matrixed organization. - Partner with Strategic Projects team and GPOs/GPLs in maintaining standardization of processes, or other documentation, as may be required, to support repeatable methods for successful project management of Intelligent Automation projects. **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required in Finance, Information Technology, Business Management or related field - A minimum of 6 years of related business work experience is required. - Experience delivering intelligent automation solutions is required. - Proven experience working and or developing with one or more data analytics/automation technology software (Alteryx, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform or similar RPA platform, Tableau or Power BI) is required. - Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills are required. - Strong knowledge of IA frameworks, concepts and best practices is required. - Proven leadership skills with strong influencing skills across matrix teams is required **Preferred Requi
