We strongly believe that the success of our company lies in the creation of learning and development experiences, teamwork, and the well-being of our people. **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Confirm the pick up and delivery date. - Send a report with all pick ups and delivery information. - Call the delivery site and schedule the delivery according to the logistic already made. - Order tracking. - Schedule all the advisors in the account and fill the information. **Requirements**: - Studies: High School Degree or any Bachelor's degree. - Language: C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally. this person will be working directly with customers. - At least six months of experience in customer service. **Perks**: - The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.
